How does this public sale work?
The sales will take place in the form of MetaPhone PASS IDO starting from May 8, 2024.
MetaPhone PASS:
- What you will initially receive in this public sale event.
- The only usage of MetaPhone PASS is to redeem MetaPhone NFT.
- Every 10,000 Metaphone PASS is eligible to redeem one MetaPhone NFT.
In total, 60,000,000 MetaPhone PASS will be issued by MetaPhone, with 25,000,000 allocated to TonUP, 15,000,000 to GoWrap and 20,000,000 TBA.
MetaPhone NFT：
- MetaPhone NFT represents the ownership of MetaPhone. Each MetaPhone NFT is pegged to one MetaPhone.
- Users can redeem MetaPhone NFT through the MetaPhone official website on May 10, 2024. Users can choose to stake the NFT for 6 months to earn $PHONE and massive ecosystem airdrops while awaiting the physical MetaPhone, or they can trade the NFT on the secondary marketplace.
- Around mid-May, users will be able to stake their MetaPhone Equity NFTs to earn $PHONE and massive ecosystem airdrops on the MetaPhone official website. Each MetaPhone NFT owner will be rewarded 105,000 $PHONE, with 10% immediately released upon staking and the remaining 90% vested linearly upon MetaPhone delivery starting from November 2024.

- The only utility and governance token within the MetaPhone ecosystem.
- 30% of the total supply is distributed to 6000 MetaPhone buyers.

- Allocation Percentage: IDO 30% (pegged to 6000 MetaPhones), Airdrop 3% (distributed to all pre-order entry users on MetaPhone official website), Team 10%, Ecosystem 22%, Liquidity 10%, Marketing 5% and User Incentives 20%.
